Dental Implants

To function effectively, a healthy mouth needs all of its teeth. Dental implants also referred to as "Root Replacements," are composed of titanium and are implanted permanently in the jaw to support crowns, bridges, or dentures that replace lost teeth and maintain the appearance and natural facial structure.

Treatment Options

Dental implants are a long-lasting solution for replacing missing teeth, providing a strong foundation for permanent or removable teeth.

Single-Tooth Implants

Single-tooth implants are perfect for replacing a missing tooth, blending seamlessly with natural teeth. The process involves placing a small post in the jaw, followed by healing, an implant extension, and a final crown.

Fixed Dental Implants

Dental implants provide a permanent solution for replacing groups of missing teeth, improving comfort, speech, and chewing. Dr. Gill also offers the Teeth in a Day procedure for a quick fix to ill-fitting dentures.

Denture Based Implants

Denture-based implants are anchored by fixed dental implants in your bone, unlike traditional dentures that rely on adhesive and rest on your gums.

Our Implant Procedure

The implant procedure is a detailed process designed to ensure dental implants integrate effectively for the best oral health.

Consultation and Treatment Planning

Your path to a new smile starts with a thorough consultation. Our experts evaluate your oral health, discuss your goals, and create a personalized treatment plan. We consider all aspects of your dental health, including x-rays, to ensure the best results with dental implants.

Dental Implant Placement

Your implant placement is scheduled two weeks after your consultation. During the procedure, we surgically insert the titanium implant into your jawbone, laying the groundwork for your new tooth. We then allow ample time for healing, ensuring the implant fuses with the jawbone for a strong, secure foundation.

Final Crown Placement Appointment

After the healing period, you'll return for the final crown placement, completing your smile transformation. Dr. Gill will carefully fit the custom crown onto the implant, ensuring it looks and feels natural, blending seamlessly with your smile. Once the crown is in place, maintaining good oral hygiene and scheduling regular dental visits is key to keeping your smile healthy.
